We are passionate about skincare and friendship. The founders are truly friends and have traveled across the African continent extensively. We have the strongest of ties in Ghana, Liberia and Kenya. We grew up using shea butter but did not know it as that name. In some areas of West Africa, shea butter is called “donut grease”. We don’t know why it is called that but that is a persistent euphemism today. What we do know and still holds true is that it is the most moisturizing skin product. We grew up to work in different fields to include banking , education and healthcare. We connected over the love of great skincare. We hope to share this love with you through our products.
